Court Design & Site Preparation
The site evaluation covers slope, soil type, and drainage path, then the subgrade is cleared, excavated, and compacted to the tolerance the base layer requires. Skipping or shortcutting this phase is the primary cause of settling, pooling, and premature surface failure.
Court Lighting & Fencing
We arrange installation of LED court fixtures aimed to eliminate dark spots and reduce glare, mounted on poles set in concrete footings. Chain-link or vinyl-coated fence panels with galvanized steel posts and gate hardware contain play and define the court perimeter.

The full surface is inspected for cracks, low spots, drainage issues, and coating wear before any repair work is scoped. The written estimate covers patch material, crack filler, acrylic recoating layers, drainage correction, and regulation line marking as separate line items.
