The evaluation covers the full scope: sub-base compaction, drainage provision, concrete or asphalt base, acrylic color coating, fencing, lighting, and regulation line marking.

The written estimate lists every element as a separate line item. Base preparation is not bundled into a single figure. Surfacing, fencing, lighting, and line marking each appear on their own line so you can see exactly what you are paying for and why. No work is booked until you have reviewed and agreed to that document.

A final walkthrough is completed before the job is signed off. If anything is unresolved, a drainage detail, a line marking dimension, a gate alignment, it is addressed at that stage, not after the fact. That sequence is the same for every enquiry, whether the project is a single backyard pickleball court or a multi-court HOA facility.

What to expect when you get in touch

Do you build the court yourselves?

No. We are an enquiry service. We arrange a local court builder to carry out the on-site evaluation and construction. The builder who visits your site does the physical work, we handle the coordination and make sure the full scope is in writing before anything is booked.

What does the on-site evaluation cover?

The builder assesses the ground conditions, drainage slope, available space, and any grading needed. That information drives the written estimate, so nothing is priced blind. Sub-base depth, drainage provision, and surface slope are all reviewed at this stage.

What if I delay resurfacing a worn court?

A cracked or eroded base will keep pushing damage through any new surface layer applied on top of it. Delaying resurfacing typically means the base deteriorates further, which increases the scope and cost of repair when you do act.

Which court types do you cover?

Pickleball, basketball, tennis, and multi-sport courts for backyard, HOA, school, and commercial sites. We also arrange resurfacing and repair for existing courts that are worn, cracked, or no longer meet regulation dimensions.
